Taking a Stand
That's right, this is the month I am taking a stand against the forces of busy, work, don't-have-time, and can't-be-bothered. I hope to thwart the impending arrival of i-just-didn't feel- the-spirit- this-year, and it-all-went-by-so-quickly.
Yesterday, I decorated. The whole whoop te do. I bought a live tree, did up the house, with centerpieces and hangings, handmade a stocking for Greg, and baked cookies. I have actually got a start on Christmas Cards! And there will be at least one, if not two, holiday gatherings hosted by yours truly this season.
